Engel & Volkers is delighted to announce the formation of Teton Ranch & Recreation Group (TRRG), specializing in the purchase and sale of ranch and sporting properties in Wyoming, Idaho, and the Rocky Mountain West.  Ranch property defines a wide variety of properties from large cattle ranches, to hunting and fishing properties, and equestrian estates.  The purchase or sale of these properties is often complex, requiring negotiation with multiple stakeholders, government agencies, and lots of moving parts when it comes to animal and fish habitats, mineral and water rights, and agricultural leases.  At TRRG, we create bespoke experiences for each and every ranch client, bringing over 50 years of real estate experience to each transaction and giving our clients a competitive edge in every transaction.
