Jim Hickey
Jim's passion in real estate revolves around helping his clients realize their vision of the western lifestyle through buying and selling luxury ranch and recreational real estate in Wyoming and Idaho. Whether the vision is a property for fly fishing, hunting, equestrian disciplines, a family retreat, businesses in outdoor recreation or general outdoor adventure, Jim knows how to guide his clients through a successful transaction. Jim understands the multiple stakeholders, government agencies, mineral and water rights, animal and fish habitat, and significant financial investments in this segment of real estate. Jim's decades of experience give his clients a competitive advantage. Ranch and recreational pursuits and outdoor adventure are part of Jim’s DNA. He has been a fly-fishing guide and outfitter in Wyoming, Idaho and Montana for 20 years as well as a big-game hunting guide in Wyoming and a duck hunting guide in Arkansas. He was a member of the United States Fly Fishing Team, competing in two world championships in Sweden and Finland. Additionally, Jim has hosted international fly-fishing trips to places like Mexico, Argentina and Mongolia and operated his own fishing lodge in Patagonia, Chile for almost a decade. A born entrepreneur, Jim has started four successful companies and helped build WorldCast Anglers into one the largest fly-fishing outfitters in the United States. Whether saddling a horse to ride a property or helping his clients see the subtle details and habitat of a trout stream, Jim lives the philosophy that real estate is about relationships and invests deeply in each one.

Jo Gathercole
My strong desire to help adventurers around the world find their slice of Jackson Hole fuels my passion for real estate. I specialize in helping my clients find their perfect home, whether it be a seasonal condo or legacy estate, in one of the most majestic and tax-friendly places on earth. In my free time, you might find me participating in a unique sport called Endurance Riding or volunteering time with the Community Mounted Unit. Jackson Hole and Horses are a part of my DNA along with giving back to the community that has given so much to me.

Andrew Ellett
Andrew Ellett is the owner and managing broker of Engel & Völkers Jackson Hole, a premier real estate brokerage specializing in the acquisition and sale of some of the most exclusive properties in the Jackson Hole region. With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Andrew is deeply committed to helping clients navigate the unique luxury market of the Rocky Mountain West.
Originally from South Carolina, Andrew's love for the mountains, snow, and outdoor adventure led him out west. His first visit to Jackson Hole left a lasting impression, and he has called the area home ever since. As a resident for more than 20 years, Andrew’s connection to the region is both personal and professional, and his expertise extends across Wyoming and Idaho. He is licensed in both states and has developed a vast network of brokers and clients throughout the Rocky Mountain West.

Jason ‘Pup’ Smith
Jason “Pup” Smith moved to Jackson Hole in 2004. He has almost two decades of experience guiding in the surrounding wilderness and has been personally invested in the regional real estate market for over 15 years. This made for a natural transition to a trusted Real Estate Advisor with Engel & Völkers. Whether buying or selling, Pup employs his knowledge, work ethic, and wide network to find the right property and buyers for each client…and he has a lot of fun doing it!
